What is Tasheer for Saudi Visa?

Tasheer is the official outsourced visa service center for the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Pakistan. It handles:

• Biometric verification (fingerprints and photo)
• Document verification
• Medical report (if required) upload to Enjaz
• Passport submission to Saudi Embassy
• Visa stamping and passport return

Without Tasheer appointment, your Saudi visa will NOT be stamped. Direct walk-in to Saudi Embassy is not allowed.

Step-by-Step Saudi Visa Stamping Process via Tasheer 2026

Step 1: Get Your Documents Ready from Saudi Employer

• Before Tasheer, you need these from your Saudi employer/Kafeel:
• Original Visa Slip (Electronic Wakala) - Issued by Saudi MOFA
• Employment Contract - Attested by Saudi Chamber of Commerce
• Demand Letter - Attested by Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Step 2: GAMCA Medical - Mandatory

You must do your medical from a GAMCA approved center only. Book appointment at wafid.com.Medical includes: Blood test, Chest X-ray, Physical examination. Cost: Approx PKR 18,000 - 22,000 in 2026.

Your medical report is uploaded to the system and valid for 90 days. If you are unfit (e.g., TB, Hepatitis B/C positive), your visa will be rejected.

Step 3: Protector of Emigrants - BEOE Clearances

For work visa, Protector stamp from Bureau of Emigration is mandatory. You need:

• Original Passport
• CNIC
• Protector Form + Bank Challan (approx PKR 9,500)
• Employment Contract + Insurance

Step 4: Book Tasheer Appointment Online

This is the most important step. Many agents charge extra for appointment.Go to:  (Official Tasheer website)

Select: Nationality - Pakistan > Visa Type - Employment/Work Visa or Family Visit > Mission - Islamabad/Lahore/Karachi > Enter Enjaz number.

Enjaz number is generated after paying Enjaz fees (USD 15-20). You will pay Tasheer fees online: Approx PKR 42,000 - 45,000 for work visa (includes biometric + service charges). For family visit, approx PKR 28,000.You will get appointment slip with date, time, and Tasheer center address.

Tasheer Appointment Slots 2026: Slots open daily at 9 AM Pakistan time. They get full within hours. Book early morning.

Step 5: Visit Tasheer Center with Documents

Visit your selected Tasheer center on your appointment date. Reach 30 minutes early. Carry:

For Work Visa (Iqama/Amal):

• Original Passport (valid 6+ months, 2 blank pages)
• CNIC Original + Copy
• 4x Photos white background (5x5 cm, 80% face)
• Visa Slip (Wakala) Copy
• GAMCA Medical Fit Slip + Report
• Protector Original
• Enjaz Fee Receipt
• Appointment Letter from Tasheer
• Educational Certificates (if profession is skilled - e.g., Engineer, Technician)

For Family Visit Visa:

• Passport, CNIC, Photos
• Sponsor's Iqama Copy + Passport Copy
• Relationship Proof (FRC from NADRA, Marriage Certificate)
• Invitation Letter (Dawat Letter) from Saudi MOFA

At Tasheer center, they will take your biometrics (10 fingerprints + photo) and collect all documents. They will give you a tracking receipt.

Step 6: Visa Stamping & Passport 

After submission, Tasheer forwards your passport to Saudi Embassy in Islamabad/Karachi. Processing time in 2026 is 3 to 7 working days for work visa, 2-4 days for visit visa.You can track status at vc.tasheer.com > Track Application.Once stamped, you will receive SMS.

You can collect passport from Tasheer center or opt for courier delivery (Leopards - extra PKR 1,500).Your stamped visa will show: Visa Number, Profession, Sponsor Name, Duration (90 days to enter Saudi), and Mohsassa (place of work).
